When you sign up, we store your email address, language, time and request for email updates. Your address is encrypted on our Hetzner server in Germany.

How we use your details

We use your details for CareSignal email updates. Your condition selection and free text are not stored with your email address. We do not share them with advertising or AI providers.

Unsubscribing and deletion

You can withdraw your registration and request deletion at any time using the contact address. Your details are kept until then. Every future update email will include an unsubscribe link.

Minimal measurement

We count form starts and successful registrations as daily totals without condition information. We use no advertising trackers. The language preference stays in your browser. A short-lived cryptographic value derived from the IP address helps prevent abuse.
